VINIFICATIONDestalked and crushed grapes. 8 days of fermentation at a temperature of 24°-26°C.
MATURATIONStainless steel. Two months bottled.
COLOURRuby red of good intensity.
PERFUMEIntensive, winth notes of currant, raspberry, licorice and black pepper, typical of this variety of vine.
TASTEFresh, flavorous, balanced and persistent.
ACCOMPANIMENTSPork salted meat, fresh cheese, tasty fish.
SERVEAt a temperature of 15°-16°C.
PRESERVATIONFor a correct storage of the wine keep the bottles laid down at a temperature within 15° and 18°C
