VINEYARD

The grapes come from vineyards in the hills, Colli Berici area, Municipality of Altavilla Vicentina.

VINIFICATION

Destalked and crushed grapes. 8 days of fermentation at a temperature of 24°-26°C.

MATURATION

Stainless steel. Two months bottled.

COLOUR

Ruby red of good intensity.

PERFUME

Intensive, winth notes of currant, raspberry, licorice and black pepper, typical of this variety of vine.

TASTE

Fresh, flavorous, balanced and persistent.

ACCOMPANIMENTS

Pork salted meat, fresh cheese, tasty fish.

SERVE

At a temperature of 15°-16°C.

PRESERVATION

For a correct storage of the wine keep the bottles laid down at a temperature within 15° and 18°C
