GRAPES

Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay.

VINEYARD

The grapes come from hillside vineyards, in the Colli Berici area, Municipality of Brendola and Arcugnano.

Technology adopted

Traditional white wine production. Primary fermentation at 14°C. Secondary fermentation at low temperatures in an autoclave, where the spumante then continues its fermentation process for at least 6 months, favoring the dissolution of components from the disintegration of the yeast, which elevates its sensory characteristics.

Perlage

Fine and long-lasting.

COLOUR

Straw-yellow, strong.

PERFUME

Intense and elegant, crusty bread predominance, scent of mature fruits and Mediterranean spices.

TASTE

Full, harmonious and dry.

ACCOMPANIMENTS

Ideal as an aperitif, for entire meals, perfect with fish dishes.

SERVE

At a temperature of 6°-8°C.

PRESERVATION

For a correct storage of the wine keep the bottles laid down at a temperature within 15° and 18°C
