GRAPESCabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot in different percents depending on the year.
HARVESTMerlot third decade of September, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot first decade of October.
VINEYARDThe grapes come from the hillside vineyards, in the Colli Berici area, Municipalities of Brendola
VINIFICATIONGrapes are destalked and crushed. 12 days maceration in stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation follows the alcoholic fermentation.
MATURATION18 months in new and second passage barriques. 6 months in bottles.
COLOURIntense ruby red.
PERFUMEAmple and intense. Expressed through notes of small red fruits such as mulberries, blueberries, currants. Delicate nuances of sweet spices.
TASTEBalanced, soft tannins, pleasantly enveloping. Notable the persistent finale that recalls the fruity and spicy nuances noted by the nose.
ACCOMPANIMENTSStrong and flavourful dishes, such as roasts and wild ground game, hard cheeses.
SERVEAt a temperature of 18°-20°C, being careful to open a short time before serving.
PRESERVATIONFor a correct storage of the wine keep the bottles laid down at a temperature within 15° and 18°C
