GRAPES

Garganega 100% .

HARVEST

Second decade of September.

VINEYARD

The grapes come from hillside vineyards in the Colli Berici area, municipalities of Brendola and Arcugnano.

GRAPE DRYING

In the drying loft, equipped with temperature and humidity control in order to ensure a perfect drying of the grapes, ending after about 4 months.

VINIFICATION

Crushing of the whole grape. Slow fermentation in steel vats for about 3 months.

MATURATION

In new French oak barrels, from Allier, for 6 months.

COLOUR

Golden yellow.

PERFUME

Dry apricot, honey and vanilla nuances.

TASTE

Sweet, solid and balanced thanks to the fresh taste of the Garganega grape.

ACCOMPANIMENTS

Pastries, pasta frolla (shortcrust pastry) and marbled cheeses.

SERVE

At a temperature of 15°-16°C.

PRESERVATION

For a correct storage of the wine keep the bottles laid down at a temperature within 15° and 18°C.
