VINEYARDThe grapes come from vineyards in the hills, in the area of the Berici Hills, in the towns of Brendola and Altavilla Vicentina.
VINIFICATION6-hours maceration with skins. Soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 14°C.
PERFUMEFruity notes among which are apple and white flowers scents.
TASTESoft and round, good minerality.
ACCOMPANIMENTSConsume young, ideal as an aperitif and accompaniment to fish dishes in general, soups and soft cheeses.
SERVEAt a temperature of 8°-10°C.
PRESERVATIONFor a correct storage of the wine keep the bottles laid down at a temperature within 15° and 18°C.
