VINIFICATIONSeparation of the must from the skins with soft pressure. Fermentation in steel vats at a temperature of 16° C, 8-month maturation of the wine in “lees”.
COLOURStraw yellow with golden reflection.
PERFUMEIntensely fruited and floral aromas with scents of mature pear, pineapple, honey, spices.
TASTEFull, elegant, complex structure with a long and enveloping finale.
ACCOMPANIMENTSFish or white meats, even roasted.
SERVEAt a temperature of 12°-14°C.
PRESERVATIONFor a correct storage of the wine keep the bottles laid down at a temperature within 15° and 18°C
